Tickets are essential. No ticket, NO entry. It’s important to purchase tickets and parking tickets prior to the event. Under 18s are FREE entry, over 18s are $30 per person.

Transporting passengers from:
- Town Hall Bus Stop, Harold Street Forbes
- Apex Caravan Park Bus Stop, 88 Reymond Street Forbes
- Lawler Street Bus Stop, Lawler Street Forbes
Bus pick-up times from the above locations to/from Frost and FIre:
- 4:00pm
- 7:00pm
- 10:00pm
The Accessible/DDA Compliant bus consists of 43 seats with an accredited driver to pick up from the designated points around town. This method of travel is also suitable for mums with prams.
The final Accessible/DDA Compliant bus departs Frost and Fire at 10:00pm

Transporting passengers from:

- Apex Caravan Park Bus Stop, 88 Reymond Street Forbes

Departing every 20 minutes from the above locations to/from Frost and Fire:
- 3:45pm – 5:45pm
- 6:00pm – 9:00pm
- 9:00pm – 11:00pm
Final bus departs Ski Dam at 11:00pm
Bedgerabong Bus
Transporting passengers to Frost and Fire and return, from:
- Bedgerabong Public School, 7 Golding Avenue Bedgerabong
Bus times:
- 3:30pm pick up, arrive to Frost & Fire at 4:00pm
- Bus departs Frost and Fire at 10:00pm
